Archibat HR Asia is looking for an Associate Director / Director-- Capital Market for an industry leading global real estate company, it delivers a full range of services to real estate occupiers, owners and investors across all sectors worldwide.
Work Location: Shanghai
Key Accountabilities:
1.Conduct independent research and analysis for investment projects and advisory mandates.
2.Assist in the business development initiatives of the team, including production of pitch PPT’s,market briefs, presentation, capability statements, proposals, industry white papers, etc.
3.Develop, update and maintain industry databases which are relevant to the investment business.
4.Monitor market changes and produce regular investment market reports for Management reference.
5.Assist with business development and client relationship management initiatives by actively meeting with developers, funds and institutional clients to collect most updated and useful marketing info.
6.Provide timely and updated market information and intelligence to business lines, and attend client meetings and pitches.
Requirements:
1. Decent knowledge about China macro economy and development trend
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience from a reputable investment bank, private equity real estate
3.investment firm or top tier strategy consulting firm with direct exposure to real estate sector.
4.Undergraduate Degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics or Finance with an excellent academic background from a top-tier university. Candidates with a CFA are a plus.
5.Prior M&A or transaction hands-on experience for serving mainland Chinese clients is an advantage.
6.Minimum 5 years’ working experience in investment properties or capital market.
7.Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with good presentation skill
8.Good team player and self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.
