4. 负责重点客户的规划和管理，包括协助下属进行重点客户的谈判和沟通，和定期拜访重点客户，确保客户贡献率。

5. 有效控制销售费用和预算，合理规划使用营销资源，对区域费用进行合理的分配和负责。

1. 大专以上学历，5-8年销售管理工作经验，其中3年以上销售人员大区区域团队管理经验；5年以上快消品或OTC药品、保健品行业销售管理者优先；

2. 具有较强的市场分析、整体规划能力，基于市场数据分析的市场判断力；
