Purpose of the Job：
Assist Sales Support and Logistic Manager on all logistic work.协助销售支持和物流经理负责完成物流相关工作。
Tasks & Responsibilities：
- Monitor all Warehouse and Customs Clearance related operations. 控制所有和仓库、清关相关的工作
- Inventory and product shipment control, manage and analyse. 库存及产品配送控制、管理及分析
- Generate and follow up Purchase Orders for all purpose. 完成并跟踪所有产品的采购订单
- Process Sales Orders. 处理所有销售订单。
- Responsible for sales forecast collection and Sales History Analysis. 负责收集订货预测并完成历史出货分析报告
- Assist Manager to manage 3rd party logistics provider and custom broker’s performance, regularly generate measurement report and seek for continuously improvement. 协助经理管理第三方物流供应商和报关服务商的服务，定期生成测评报告，并寻求不断的改善。
- Support other department and communicate with team timely for the company updates. 支持公司其他部门，及时与团队沟通，并向公司反馈最新信息。
- Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company. 公司或上级指派的其他项目或工作。
Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree holder, major in Logistics. 本科学士学位，物流专业；
- 3 years working experience. 3年及以上从业经验；
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies. 对公司执行的程序与政策了解透彻；
- Eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, responsible. 乐于学习、自我激励、注重细节、富有责任心；
- Excellent attention to details. 高度关注细节；
- lead team to reach process excellence. 带领团队达到卓越流程；
- Project management skill. 项目管理技能；
- CET 4, Effective communication English skills both written and verbal and good teamwork. 英语4级，能够独立进行英语邮件和英语电话沟通，善于团队合作；
- Good command of Ufida NC system,MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT for data analysis and all report. 熟练运用用友NC系统，Microsoft Office应用程序，尤其需精通Excel和PPT完成数据分析和所有报表。
