职位描述：
Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Beijing, China
Report to: Group Human Resource Manager

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- The HR BP supports general human resources activities. He/she will work closely with the business line to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities.
- Assisting with implementation and coordinating major Human Resources processes (promotions, performance management, compensation and salary administration)
- Based on business plan and needs, work closely with business to develop workforce planning and organizational development to drive the growth and manage the changes.
- Work with business to manage performance including target setting, appraisal and improvement plan.
- Support business on engagement improvement and talent development and retention.
- Initiate related HR projects based on business needs and develop plan.
- Supporting and advising executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance to the company's policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 8+ years of working experience in HR related area within multinational companies
- Experience as HR business partner preferred
- Solid problem-solving and excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills both in English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Good negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills 举报 分享
