职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with hiring manager in analysis hiring request;
2. Post positions to internal and external;
3. Collect and select resumes to hiring manager;
4. Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;
5. Resumes filing management, maintain accurate candidate database;
6. Conduct talent search for specific positions independently when needed;
7. Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process;
8. Reference Check and offer proposal;
9. Prepare the offer letter and check the feedback;
10. Manage and improve the recruitment system and process;
11. Weekly recruiting report and analysis.

　
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines, reports to HRD;
2. 5years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in MNC of medical device industry or the blue collar recruiting experience.
3. Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of medical device industry;
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;
5. Positive attitude and able to take multi task;
6. Customer oriented, strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach. 举报 分享
