Role accountabilities:
- Implement sales plan and deliver outlets sales target through retailer management
- Ensure in store execution quality, i.e. share of shelf, OOS, phasing, POSM, - 2nd display compliance, promoter, etc.
- Implement distribution target and promotion plan, drive ownership on trade expense with strong control measures.
Qualification and experience:
* College degree or above
* Demonstrated track record of success
* 1+ years front-line KA sales experience
* Good customer selling / mgt. skills
* Negotiation/problem solving skills
* Strong analytical/time management skills
