店长
薪资 6600—13500/月 工作地点：北京市朝阳区银泰中心 品牌店开业时间：2017年3月

工作职责：
- 负责店铺销售计划的实施以及销售目标的完成。
- 积极参与销售、监督所有流程管理，指导和鼓舞员工完成销售目标。
- 主持店铺晨会，保持店铺高度整洁。
- 维护店铺陈列以及确保商品的展示和品牌形象。
- 负责店铺货品库存和资产的管理，严格控制店内损耗。
- 冷静、及时、有效率地处理顾客和员工的投诉；与商场管理人员保持友好的日常沟通。
- 及时向公司反馈周边竞品的促销等综合信息。
- 对店铺的营运和公司的计划提出合理建议。

任职要求：
- 大专学历及以上，男女不限。
- 五年以上相关零售行业管理经验，有化妆品行业或相关奢侈品行业经验者优先。
- 优秀的团队管理经验。
- 良好的组织能力和逻辑思维能力。
- 良好的沟通能力和客服服务技巧。
- 擅长制作数据报表和较强的数字分析能力。
- 工作认真严谨，注重团队合作，能承受较强的工作压力。
- 具备英语阅读和沟通能力者优先。

We bring Dr Vranjes' high quality and beautifully designed fragrance products to the Chinese market. There is high demand for this type of product in China, this is the right time, and with our experience, CCGroup is the right team to introduce this delightful fragrance culture to a new continent. The Design
We provide Architectural and Interior design services and designer product solutions. We have clients across the globe with our Headquarters in London and our offices in Chengdu and Kunming, China. CCGroup is dedicated to providing the very best services and design and we are able to deliver creativity mixed seamlessly with functionality by understanding our clients needs, timescale and budget.

So far we have remained in the west of China, learning the market and developing our business and gaining momentum.
