JOB PURPOSE　工作目的

To manage developer project service activity
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责

- To support North China project sales team to prepare the technical document for bidding.
- To support sale team to solve the product technical issue from developers.
- To collaborate to internal and external partner to manage the product installation and repairing.
- Service partner management in North China.
- Continuously expand the spare part sale in North China area.
- Defective product handling
- Collect voice from developer and end user to make report to HQ.
- Pay attention to the quality issue and work with quality team to find solution.
