JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager acts as the coordination point for client services and relationship management. The Manager is focused on account retention, revenue growth and profitability, as indicated by the Account Plan.

The position manages client satisfaction and will engage in extensive client communications to troubleshoot concerns while ensuring that service level agreements are maintained.

Essential Functions:

In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.

The Essential Functions Include:
1. Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
2. Effectively maintain and retain existing accounts by building long-term relationships.
3. Respond effectively and timely to all account inquiries and requests.
4. Coordinate marketing development activities.
5. Conduct new business development inquiries through personal contact and meetings with potential decision makers.
6. Draft quality Letter of Engagements (LOEs) and report on various cases, based on comprehensive and thorough understanding of the background, objective, and investigation process.
7. Review and ensure appropriate Return on Investment (ROI) for each case.
8. Actively support investigations and operational tasks to ensure the effective completion of every case.
9. All other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Hiring Standards:
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
? Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
? Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, which may include drug screen and background investigation.
? Must meet the country’s age requirements.
? Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
? Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
? Must have the legal right to work in China.
? Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; with a minimum of two years of corporate sales experience, preferably within a Fortune 1000 company.

Competencies (As Demonstrated Through Experience, Training, and/or Testing):
? Corporate sales experience.
? Marketing, pre-employment screening, and/or executive search experience, preferred.
? Sales oriented; self-motivated toward goal achievement.
? Business networking skills with human resource, corporate training, hospitality and consulting departments/industries, preferred.
? Customer account management experience.
? Serve as an effective team member.
? Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
? Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
? Exceptional customer service and results orientation.
? Solid planning, organization, and leadership skills.
? Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Working Conditions (Physical/Mental Demands):

? Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey.
? Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
? Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
? Regular computer usage.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
? Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers.
? Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
? Regularly requires intermittent sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing, squatting, and/or kneeling.
? Requires constant use of hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
? Travel, as required.
