职位描述：
He/She is based in Beijing or Shanghai. Responsible for leading the team of field application scientist. Work closely with sales team, segment marketing and other functional departments to support business needs. Responsible for providing field application support to customers. The core responsibilities are as follows.
? Lead the field application scientist team.
? Provide application or workflow solutions to the customers. Frequent on-site seminar, Q&A handling, joint call may be needed.
? To be a key scientific liaise of KOLs, work on key account promotion, support sales team to do key account maintaining.
? Assist in organizing regional marketing events, representing Merck at selected Trade Shows, exhibitions and conferences.
? To be assigned projects to help to investigate customer behavior, market opportunities, market share, increase our market presence and share with segment marketing and sales team.
? On occasion, to handle product-related problems with customers as required at the customer site.
Requirements/Qualification
? PhD. Degree in Genomics, Cell biology, Proteomics or other Biology fields.
? More than five years working experience in life science field.
? Experience in Pharma, CRO or Biotech companies will be a plus.
? Highly organized, results oriented and able to prioritize time and tasks effectively.
? Strong interpersonal skills with good communication
? Passionate and self-motivated.
? Excellent command of English and Chinese with good presentation skill.
? Familiar with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel.
? Willing to take challenges.
? Travel up to 50% is required.
