职位描述
工作职责：
1.进行软件详细设计和编码实现，确保质量和性能；
2.维护和升级现有软件产品，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷。
任职要求：
1.重点院校本科计算机相关学历；
2.3-4年及以上Java开发经验；
3.熟悉软件系统架构，设计模式；
4.了解tomcat/Weblogic的配置，部署，优化；
5.熟悉Struts、Spring、Hibernate、Ajax等框架；
6.熟悉MSSQL/MYSQL的使用；
7.良好的沟通技能和团队合作能力，有较强的故障排查能力。
具备以下条件者优先考虑：
1.有ERP系统相关开发经验优先；
2.熟悉html，css，javascript前端应用优先。
3年以下工作经验请勿投递
