Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
Customer Service
? Build up CS team, develop and optimize tools guidelines and efficient processes.
? Point of contact for all production and logistics questions for franchisee, including changes related to compliance requirements.
? Manage the complete order cycle of sales orders in SAP including system updates.
? Provide order status reports using SAP/DRP and Excel to franchise and work closely with cross functional teams at corporate office to quickly react to business requirements.
? Order split and delivery management.
? Manage replenishment orders and inventory transfers.
Sales Planning
? Build wholesale business reporting, monitor and track business, highlight potential risk and give suggestion based on sales analysis; AR & payment; Rebate & Incentive tracking.
? Maintain franchise, POS and product masters.
? Rebate & Incentive calculation and tracking.
? Provide standardized and routine retail reports and analysis on weekly/monthly/ quarterly/yearly. Basis using system SAP/QV/IPOS system.
? Coordination between sales team and other functions such as Buying/Merchandising/Logistic/Finance.
? Franchise inventory monitory, control, clearance and replenishment orders aligned with product/marketing plan.
Qualifications/
Skills and Experience Required (include but are not limited to the following):
? Bachelor’s Degree
? 5+ years of related sales operation and customer service experience and a passion for international business and data analysis.
? Strong numerical and analytical skills
? Excel 200 level - formulas, formatting, pivot tables expertize.
? SAP/IPOS/BI knowledge – focusing on reporting tools
? Written/oral skills in English language required – clear, concise, and accurate communication is imperative
? Root cause analysis and strong problem solving skills
