职位描述：
About the company:
It is one global leading auto parts company.
 
Key Responsibilities:
？ Ensure Production System principles is implementing in the plant;
？ Ensuring continuous improvement of the site in line with Production System standards, monitoring industrial indicators and support Activity/Production managing plant’s efficiency;
？ Conducting training for people in the plant on how to implement Production System tools through concrete actions on the shop floor;
？ Manage the maintenance of Production System tools through appropriate audits. (like 5s audit);
？ Follow up the Production System workshops. Supports workshop leaders in their work;
？ Organizing the Production System Committee and the Production System Committee meeting, support Activity/production Manager to record and follow up the actions during the meeting;
？ Evaluating the production system against V5000 to ensure progress actions are coherent. Measure and communicate the department efficacy and efficiency. Propose corrective actions and progress objectives (5 Axes indicators);
？ Support Activity/Production manager to conduct the Value Stream Analysis;
？ Participate on the designing of new processes and approve IARs. Guarantee that the Lean Investment is respected;
？ Responsible for the Production System report;
？ Participate to the Minus 30 plan;
？ Standardize the internal material flow tools in site (containers and trolleys, loading);
？ Site Layout control. Ensure the layout development is according the company future develop strategy.
 
Key Requirements:
？ Bachelor Degree or above, ideally with a specialization in industry, Logistic, Mechanical technology;
？ At least 5 years experiences in Lean, preferably in the automotive or similar industry, preferably in the automotive or similar industry;
