Accountant Expense 会计

 

Your Responsibility


？ Establish the regulation and process: Set the employee expense refund regulation and process by company level based on the requirement and company situation. Set the CF internal accounting regulation and process by department level according to CF department.
？ Establishing the controlling and analysis tools: Set up the controlling tools for down-payment, deposit, pay in advance and follow up on the open items. Payment management for all vendors which are related to operation expenses.
？ Accounting treatment: K type purchasing invoice check, contract check, payment application and vendor balance review. Booking the type, amount, period and tax code accurately. Do the outgoing booking timely.
？ Prepare company expense report: Issue the employee expense report and company expense report on time. Analyze and summarize the report and then provide the suggestion to optimize the company business.
？ Budget planning: Accounting department expense plan. Assisting controlling department with SGK planning for budget and planning round.


 

Your Requirements


？ Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, management or economics.
？ 1-3 years related work experience in a multinational company and in the manufacturing industry.
？ Fluent English skills in written, oral and reading aspects, German is an advantage.
？ Expert in using MS Office, especially in Excel, familiar with the mechanism of ERP and the ability of application. SAP is preferable.
？ Sense of reasonability, analysis capability and good communication skills.
？ Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and a certificate in Qualified Accounting.
