Key Responsibilities



Organizational Management is the key interface between business and the IT delivery team.



The Regional Organizational Manager will be responsible for managing the Organizational Management team in Greater China, steering the business change project portfolio and ensuring there is the appropriate alignment to common governance and processes across the region. The Regional Organizational Manager will report into Global Organizational Manager



? Ensure we have the appropriate resources and structure in place at local Business Unit level, to support the successful delivery of business change projects.



? Manage the business change projects portfolio for the region, ensuring successful delivery of projects from project initiation phase through to delivery on-time and within agreed budget



? Ensure the business case is appropriately validated by local executive team and projects follow agreed prioritization process



? Ensure regional plans are updated monthly and aligned with global roadmap plans.



? Manage the regional project approval, as per agreed approval thresholds



? Track the utilization of IT budget across the region and manage IT budget assigned to Business Units within the region.



? Provide supporting input, mentoring and leadership to members of local Organizational Management team



? Manage target setting for local OM team, performing evaluation, compensation, performance appraisal and development plans.



? Ensure local team follow agreed governance, processes and utilization of group tools.



? Foster relationships with local and regional executive and IT teams.



? Proactively manage the resolution of issues and avoid unnecessary escalations.



? Collaborate with global Organizational Management team, to support the implementation of group platforms and ensuring new solutions developed are re-usable within group



? Provide clear and concise regional updates both written and verbal, providing updates to local executive and leadership team at group level.



? Support the standardization and harmonization of processes and products across the region, to facilitate the roll-out of group IT solutions and management of on-going changes on group IT platforms



? Some travel will be required for this role











Experience Required



? Educated to degree level



? Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese



? 7-10 years experience in a senior project management role, running complex programs of work



? Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Project)



? Formal Project Management training e.g. Prince2, PMI, desirable.



? Experience of working in a complex global organization preferable



? Experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry preferable
