? Demonstrating knowledge surrounding indirect material spends across the business, analyzing the market and defining and implementing actionable strategies.
? Identifying and selecting suppliers whilst negotiating contracts within portfolio and supply base.
? Establishing strategic relationships and implementing supplier management strategies.
? Collaborating with key stakeholders and working cross-functionally in developing and executing sourcing strategies to increase cost optimization.

? Management of purchasing team: coaching team members, improving competencies, target setting and monitoring, etc. Manage and utilize resources. Development and implementation of efficient forms of organization and processes to continuously detect areas for optimization and increase profitability through optimum sourcing conditions and access to leading supplier innovations.

? Purchasing strategy responsibility: defining strategy of purchasing activities in alignment with operations, cross functions, and management, and regularly update to ensure long-term cost-efficient supply.
采购战略制定:与其他相关业务部门紧密合作,制定采购战略和方案。定期更新以确保长期的价格优势。
? Contribution to net income from purchasing: Productivity through price negotiations, market research, material change etc.
通过采购增加公司净收入:通过价格谈判,市场分析,材料调整提高效率降低费用。
? Supplier management: Supplier selection, Supplier evaluation and development through common projects with cross functions.
供应商管理:在对各业务部门的项目支持过程中不断完善供应商的选择,评估与发展。
? Controlling and reporting of purchasing activities: Setting the individual targets and follow-up; reporting purchasing values monthly and quarterly.
采购活动的控制与报告:为每个采购项目制定目标并紧密跟踪;对所有采购项目情况及金额进行月报告、季报告。
? Contract management: Preparing and signing with suppliers purchasing contracts incl. Quality Assurance Agreements, Logistics Agreements and Frame Contracts, etc.
合同管理:起草并与供应商签订相关采购合同,如质量确认协议,物流协议,框架合同等等。
? Risk and opportunity management: Identify particular procurement risks, opportunities and market forces to avoid potential damage or exploit opportunities through tailored risk/opportunity management.
风险/机遇管理:发现采购中存在的风险、机遇和市场趋势,避免潜在损失并发掘、利用机会。
? Claim Management: Claiming compensation of losses or additional expenses caused by suppliers.
索赔管理:对于由供应商原因导致的公司的损失或额外费用向相关供应商进行索赔。
? Vendor and material master data responsibility. 供应商及产品大数据管理。
? Knowledge management: Forward systematically all relevant procurement-related (project) information, e.g. updated contractual conditions, supplier management data, customer requirements to keep all project/workgroup participants up to date.

? Global Initiatives: Ensure implementation of global initiatives (Sustainability, Values, guidelines, risk management, internal control); Deploy global regulations and support synergy realization across organizational units.
