职位描述：

Ericsson China Research Center is looking for software design engineers for RRU product development. You are expected to design and implement software for RRU products, which are used in customer fields as key components of Ericsson Radio access network. In day-to-day work you will analyze requirements, define solutions and implement the software in cooperation with experts from system, design, integration, and verification etc, to accomplish project work on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities
Design work to meet project requirement
Follow Ericsson design and daily work process/procedure
To carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities
Keep study continuously to maintain competition level
Support production when needed
Support manager’s work
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Analysis radio software design.
Development software for radio product.
Co-work with system, integration, and verification team.
Trouble shooting and solution proposal for problems found.
Qualifications
Basic Requirement
M.Sc. or B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
Solid C/C++ programming skills
Knowledge of LTE, or other wireless technologies
Self-driven, pragmatic and results oriented
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Familiar with LTE standards and key technology
Familiar with 3GPP protocols
Expertise in software development in real time operation system
Familiar with LTE RRU HW/SW platforms, unit control and OAM process
Experience in large scale telecom product development, with scope including but not limited to hardware drivers, unit tests, operation and managements
Strong experience in real-time OS such as OSE/VxWorks/Linux
Radio HW development experience a strong plus
Strong problem solving skills in software development, board and field testing
