职位描述：
1）Support continuous improvement regarding logistic / IE / workshop guided by KPS methodology 以KPS理念为导向支持物流、工艺、现场方面持续改进
2）Create working instruction according to the drawing, technical standards and other design documentation, and develop new process implementation for new project 根据图纸、BOM和其他设计要求,编制工艺文件,并主导新品工艺实现
3）In charge of tool / fixture design of assembly and participate in production equipment selection 负责产品装配工装工具设计，参与生产设备选型
4）Create or maintain required data in SAP (like BOM and routing...) SAP 相关数据创建并维护（BOM、routing等）
5）Lead operator training and skills assessment 主导装配员工培训并考核
6）Daily production support and technical problem solving with other department together 协同相关人员进行日常现场支持和技术问题分析
7）Others tasks appointed by manager 完成经理交代的其他事宜
任职要求：
1）At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations 五年及以上相关工作经验
2）Good at MS Office, AutoCAD, mechanical drawings reading 熟练使用各类办公软件；会使用CAD制图，能读懂机械图纸；有多品种小批量生产经验者优先 举报 分享
