职位描述：
岗位职责
1.独立或团队协作完成产品研发工作；
2.理解研发要求，完成功能设计、结构设计、材料选择等工作，完成产品图纸、材料标准等技术文件；
3.制作样品；
4.对研发产品进行检测、验证、试验等工作；
5.协助生产、质量等部门完成工艺文件、质量控制文件；
6.在公司内部及向客户进行新产品相关培训。

任职资格：
1.机电工程、材料工程、高电压绝缘等相关专业，国家统招大学本科以上学历；
2.至少3年产品研发工作经验；
3.理论知识扎实，动手能力强；
4.严谨的工作态度和乐于钻研的兴趣导向；
5.能熟练使用二维、三维制图软件以及常用办公软件；
6.了解电力、铁路行业标准；
7.能适应国内短期出差；
8.有驾照，能熟练驾驶者优先考虑。 举报 分享
