the Company:

Already
present in China for several years now, this European company belonging to the
packaging industry is looking for a Quality and Technical Manager to join its
subsidiary in Beijing which provides filling machine parts, assembles parts and
specific models of filling machine. The Beijing Branch is responsible for
purchasing, technology, quality inspection, assembly, packaging and import and
export. You will be part of a company with an excellent reputation in its
market worldwide and offering innovative and high valued products to its
clients. You will work with and report directly to the Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with subsidiaries technical
  department to manage the project manufactured in China;

• Implement continuous improvement policy about
  quality and packing according to group guidelines;

• Manage QC department, including define all
  inspections process, tools, on conformity of products;

• Qualify suppliers with the Purchasing manager
  and release audit and quality monitoring;

• To prepare technical data and drawings for the
  purchasing department;

• To define the manufacturing process for the
  parts and assembly;

• Prepare the reporting (weekly, monthly, Yearly)
  (quality performance reports);

• Manage Non Conformity reports and reply to
  customers;

• Assume relations with all subsidiaries
  concerning technical issues and quality;

• Visit and evaluate some suppliers on a regular
  basis for inspection, technical support in accordance with the Purchasing
  Manager.

Job
requirement

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer;

• More than 5 years’ experience in machining and
  machinery.

• Management experience.

• Good English speaking and writing ability
