职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责项目人力提供、跟踪，与外包相关的绩效管理，如外包业务的人员的管理，了解其绩效评估、 客户满意度等；
2、负责外包员工关系、后勤服务、资源调配（与市场及招聘共同配合），对外包员工满意度指标负责；
3、负责售前支持，根据客户需求提供实施方案，管理客户需求，技术点沟通，负责流程优化；
4、负责协调客户方的面试时间和面试跟进反馈。
5、负责管理和维护外包相关的报表。    

任职要求：
1、本科及以上正规院校毕业；至少两年的团队管理经验；
2、杰出的沟通能力和服务意识。有人事经验，特别是在劳动法，员工关系方面和it职位招聘方面
3、勤于思考，善于分析、解决问题，主动性好。
4、英语读写流利，基本口语沟通。有在英文工作环境下工作的经验尤佳
5、软件外包行业工作经验优先
