职位描述：
Being the key driver & window of learning and development, identify talent development stakes for offices ; plan & implement training plans or projects to prepare & develop talents to be competent to achieve business & management objectives.

1. Contribute in defining the development strategy for APAC offices employees in line with APAC strategic plan. Sets up budgets and plans annual training calendar, provide reports to APAC headquarter twice per year.

2. Designs and develops innovative training plans and programs based on training needs analysis for office and commercial department.
3. Drive training project and deliver relevant training solution according to HR process and consistent with the Talent University values, policies and training methods. Responsible for managing of training schedule and logistics arrangement.

4. Design, deliver and implement programs such as leadership, succession plan, expert.
5. Lead and develop a network of internal supporting trainers as well as a panel of external training providers.

6. Develop a sale approach toward Club Med and Joy View resort and develop the market on Talent University Training.


Skills :
? Ability to self-start and self-direct projects when necessary; proven ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast paced environment.
? Strong project management and execution skills, with a passion for process excellence and creating operational efficiency.
? Proven track record of influencing others without authority, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
? Creative problem-solving skills, ability to employ sound judgment in complex situations.
? Build strong relationships with Greater China partner.
Languages :
- English - Cantonese/ Mandarin are a must;
- French speaking is a plus
