职位描述：
Key Tasks:
-- Develop and improve the Global Direct Sourcing Quality Process, develop and implement supplier quality manual and supplier scorecard process
-- Responsible for APQP and successful product launch of supply base components, review and manage supplier PPAP submissions
-- Supervision of Quality Control Engineers and build a complete database for quality documents
-- Gaina complete understanding of the products sourced, their application / end use and the manufacturing processes involved, able to identify and create the key quality control parameter of sourced parts
-- Implementing& supervising mid-production QA and pre-shipment QC inspections(dimension, visual, coating tests, NDT tests, mechanical performance tests etc.)
-- Interpreting test results to identify issues with product quality
-- Monitoring and expediting the manufacturing process to ensure alignment with scheduled delivery times
-- Analysis of quality defects and assisting the supplier to improve product quality
-- Managing quality complaint investigations and continuous decrease the customer complaint ratio
-- Supervising and carrying out container loading inspections according to CRH procedures in order to ensure that safe loading and un-loading occurs
-- Creating and managing all QC related reports, KPI sand support documentation
-- Liaison and coordination with 3rdparty Testing and Inspection Service Providers
-- Fulfill other tasks assigned by team leader

Candidate Profile:
-- Be educated to Bachelor's Degree level in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
-- Have experience working in production environment, ideally in Cement
-- 3-5years’work experience in a quality assurance /control / inspection role relating to manufactured products, ideally cement or building products related
-- Have received training and proficient ability in the auditing of Quality Management Systems(PPAP, APQP)
-- Be proficient in MS Office suite, possess 3D CAD drawing knowledge and have experience in drawing interpretation
-- Be able to work on own initiative and possess the ability/willingness to make key decisions on borderline non-conformance issues
-- Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
-- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and to plan and schedule the activities and programs
-- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
-- Must be able to travel independently both domestically and internationally
-- Have excellent analytical and innovative problem solving skills
-- Possess the ability to work in a pressurized and challenging environment
-- Be able to operate in a team environment
-- Have excellent skills in MS Office suite, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
-- Have a good working knowledge of and be able to interpret CAD Drawings
