工作职责：
该职位汇报给营运主管，主要负责沟通协调CSC售后服务事宜。
1. 负责处理前端各相关客服部门的反馈和需求，并协调CSC内部，为客户提供***服务解决方案；
2. 负责跟进日常维修和校准的进展，确保服务需求的解决是快速并且有效的；
3. 对于服务异常和投诉须及时处理并向上级反馈；
4. Oracle系统操作；
5. 有时需承担CSC部分行政工作。
岗位要求：
1. 善于沟通，擅长协调各相关利益方；
2. 高度的责任心和严谨务实的工作态度是必要条件；
3. 有大局观，具备良好的团队合作精神；
4. 英文四级或以上，六级优先，口语流利优先；
5. 学历本科或以上，专业不限。
