职位描述：

Key Responsibilities and Measures:

- Review consistency of content and leveling foreach positions audited by aligning with Recruiter.

- Generate human resource metrics by obtainingdata from Human Resources Business Partners.

- Assist with recordkeeping by completing fileaudits, updating internal spreadsheets and reporting any discrepancies to HR ordesignee.

- Participate in Company audits by reviewing dataand researching requests.

- Performs other HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Applicants should be Bachelor or above of Humanresources, Administration or Business majors with proficient in MicrosoftOffice applications.

- Attention to detail, the ability to multi-taskand excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.

- At least 3 days per week for work in our Shanghaioffice. (浦东新区世纪大道88号金茂大厦)

- Our payment is at least 100-120 RMB per workingday.
