Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Reporting Line: Deputy General Manager
Location: Beijing

Job Summary：
Be responsible for development, operation and management of our legal database products and related software products.

Responsibilities：
1. Be responsible for development, operation and management of our legal database products and related software products;
2. Accomplish demand analysis as well as product planning, design and implementation;
3. Be responsible for product design as well as the preparation of product requirement document (PRD);
4. Be responsible for online/offline acceptance testing for product functions and process and ensure project schedule and quality;
5. Offer product training for and make coordination among internal teams (operation, customer service, sales and marketing) and ensure successful launch, implementation and operation of products;
6. Make routine product information collection, including user demand research, market competition analysis, and competitors’ products as well as all related products in this industry and relevant industries;
7. Conduct routine sorting and analysis of product operation data, day-to-day monitoring of system operation quality, and improve product as always.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years + experience of product manager in internet industry; demonstrated internet product management experience of professional information database or professional digital contents is highly preferred.
2. Strong IT technology (software development or website operation) background;
3. Excellent capabilities in interpersonal communication and coordination, teamwork and planning & execution; strong leadership skills.
4. Familiar with the whole process of internet products, including demand analysis, project design and management, and product release;
5. Comprehensively understand user demands by data analysis and other systematic means and have such demands satisfied;
6. Proficiency in such tools as office, viso, mindmanager and Axure;
7. Clear-minded, with good execution and residence to pressure;
8. Have meticulous working attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
9. Excellent English language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 举报 分享
