职位描述
岗位职责：
1、接听设备故障报修热线并通知维修人员相关信息；
2、收集应急维修相关数据并进行阶段性统计分析；
归档相应的维修报告；
3、收集预防维护记录并进行阶段性统计分析；
归档相应维护记录单；
4、依据现场主管的要求制作数据统计报告；
5、管理维修相关的资料和文档。
任职资格：
1、大学本科；
2、项目管理，或商务管理相关类专业；
3、应届毕业生，一年工作经验均可；
4、良好的英语口头和书面表达能力。达到英语六级以上水平
5、熟练使用excel, powerpoint, visio等windows办公软件.
6、有维修或工业背景者优先。
胜任能力：
1、出色的人际协调、沟通技巧及组织能力；
2、良好的英语口头和书面表达能力；
3、对待工作认真负责；
4、较强的学习能力，勇于接受挑战适应能力强。
其他要求：
女性；
本市户口。
Specific Accountabilities:
1. Receive equipment failure from hotline and inform maintainers with associated information;
2. Collect reactive maintenance data and make periodically analysis;
File associated failure report;
3. Collect preventive maintenance record, and make periodically analysis;
File associated PM record sheets;
4. Make other statistic reports under requirement from Project Manager;
5. Manage technical material and documentation associated with maintenance .
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree of university;
2. Project Management or Commercial Management related;
3. New graduates or 1 years working experience;
4. Good English speaking and writing. Get at least CET-6 certificate.
5. Skilled at Windows Office software, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
6. Priority for candidates with maintenance or industry experience.
Competencies:
1. Have sound interpersonal, communication skills & organizing ability;
2. Be good at English speaking and writing;
3. Be responsible for any work;
4. Have strong ability to learn and take challenge; quickly adaption to new environment.
