职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
- To develop & update training materials with latest BMW Technology and base on the market needs.
基于目前的市场情况，开发或更新BMW最新的技术材料
- Conducting each training course according to the BMW Standard.
根据BMW的标准开展培训课程
- Carry out training needs analyze provide training solution to market needs.
实施培训需求调研分析以提供符合市场需求的培训方案
- Preparing the training material (brochures) in Chinese language as required.
根据要求准备中文的培训手册
- Participation in international Train the Trainer as required by the superior base on the need of the training.
基于培训需求参与TTT培训
- Being responsible for Technical training and whole training process in order to ensuring the technical training successfully conducted.
负责技术类培训，并确保技术培训能顺利进行
- Preparation base on the check list: The training car & Material, facility and all tools required for the training.
根据培训清单准备好培训相关的所有材料：车，设备以及所有需要的培训工具
- Training Report and Analysis (Feedback and follow up).
培训报告的收集，分析和制作
- Support Aftersales, to analysis and solve market technical case.
协助售后部门分析并解决技术问题
- Being flexible to support the Training team to fulfill the new task required by superior.
完成领导交代的新的工作以支持培训团队
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.
完成领导安排的其他任务

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Automobile engineering and/or related preferred
本科及以上学历，机械/电气工程，汽车工程等相关专业
- Background in Mechanical and Electrical; automobile industry would be advantage
最好有汽车行业机械和电气相关经验
- Experience with Automobile repair
有丰富的汽车维修经验
- Knowledge of automobile technology and 4S dealership operation
熟悉4S店运营，具备相关汽车技术知识
- Competency of automobile diagnosis and repair
汽车诊断与维修能力
- Being able to improve technical competence and skills steadily
有提升技术竞争力的能力
- Willing to take challenge and being able to conduct training as qualified BMW Trainer
作为BMW的培训师要能接受挑战并进行高质量的培训
- Building up the good relationship with team and participants
