职位描述：
This global famous pharmaceutical company is looking for a Technical Packaging Manager based in Nantong for the new plant.
Key responsibilities:

management and enforcement of all primary, secondary as well as tertiary packaging specifications
gather data on packaging performance, analyse it and recommending next steps to improve packaging performance
support site for packaging trials, technical transfers, NPIS, validation of new equipment from a technical packaging perspective etc.
ensure that packaging materials have a specification, meet that specification and site systems using specifications that are up to date
manage packaging performance monitoring system and related end to end supply chain of China
analyse and communicate this data plus recommended next steps among procurement, global technical packaging, production, suppliers for improvements

Key requirements:
b.sc. or m.sc. in Packaging, Mechanics, Automation, Material Science or related field
minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in packaging engineering; has experience(s) of leadership role(s) in packaging operations; background in packaging development, packaging machinery and project management is desired
strong understanding of packaging, materials, forming and finishing processes, suppliers, packing lines, the interaction between line including pack, specifications as well as documentation in addition to statistical process control/qualification, quality improvement methodology and test methods
effective communication through written and spoken English and mandarin
demonstrated capability to analyse data, highlight trends and exceptions including provide useful insights
able to maintain high ethical standards and strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
