Regional C&B Manager/中国区薪酬福利经理

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Set the China reward strategy for 3 years by keeping abreast of emerging trends, researching, designing and implementing C&B projects in line with this strategy;
  2. Manage the project planning and implementation of reward projects of 18 month planning process;
  3. Liaise closely with the China HR Business Partners, Joint Venture Business Partners and China HR Operations with respect to payroll processes, finance approvals and benefit implementations;
  4. Keep track of developments in the China market and set strategies and policies to manage these changes, with respect to labour law changes, employment tax law changes and competitor innovations;
  5. Be a China contact for questions and queries from the company in China regarding policy queries and complex implementation issues;
  6. Do job analysis of new roles and organization structures from the business and grade the roles for the region. Ensure the grading is agreed with the joint venture partner were appropriate;
  7. Manage the relationships with consulting firms and other industry C&B professionals to use their knowledge for getting market practice information;
  8. Set China region’s salary markets and manage the process to the annual merit budget increases;
  9. Manage the annual merit Increase process in terms of ensuring the Business Partners are managing the process appropriately and advise them on the complex cases;
  10. Manage the communication processes with C&B Manager;
  11. Ensure the China C&B policies and processes are communicated in line with employment branding and strategic guidelines;
  12. Manage the China management car policy with finance and the operations team ensuring the policy, lease costs modeling are up to date and cost effective.

Job Requirements:
  1. Degree, major in human resources is preferred;
  2. At least 8+ years in a multinational Compensation and Benefits manager or consultancy role;
  3. Good knowledge in China labour law and regulation, and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements;
  4. Experience with Job Evaluation Systems (Hay, Mercer or Towers Watson);
  5. Good knowledge of China Tax regulations with respect to IIT;
  6. Good knowledge of China Labour laws and Social Insurance legislations;
  7. Confident communicating and influencing at higher levels, in English and Chinese;
  8. Good sense of interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels;
  9. Microsoft Windows packages, Advanced Exce
