职位描述：

制剂研发经理/Formulation Development—注射剂方向优先

工作职责：

1. 把握制剂技术研究发展趋势以及技术市场动态，能够组织进行项目制剂设计、开发和研制工作；

2. 负责制剂处方设计及工艺研究方案的设计、执行和数据分析整理，并完成研发报告；

3. 负责所承担项目制剂部分试验的统筹安排与管理，对试验的设计、安排、进度及质量负责；

4. 协同生产部门为制剂工艺优化和生产放大提供技术指导；

5. 根据项目情况，负责检索相关文献；

6. 负责完成新药的制剂研究及相关申报资料的撰写及整理工作。

职位要求：

1. 药物制剂及相关专业硕士以上学历，具有两年及以上药物制剂研发经验；

2. 具有丰富的药物制剂理论与实际工作经验，具备较强的文献检索、处方筛选及工艺设计能力，熟悉注射剂相关类型；

3. 具有独立开展药品研发项目经验，熟练使用相关仪器设备；

4. 具有熟练的英文能力，能够熟练翻译英文文献；

5. 具有较强的计划能力、沟通能力，有优秀的职业精神和团队合作精神。
