Responsibilities:

1.Make sure our environmental, health and safety management put in place and effective.
Yearly audit should pass 100% done by outsourcing audit company.
2.Responsibility for whole plant EHS KPIs target, including FR, SR and MIR
3.Deliver related EHS training to our employees
4.Conduct monthly hazard audit through whole factory
5.Whole factory EHS related action plan follow up
6.First-aid, nearmiss, medical case management
7.To select right type of PPE for company
8.About 1400 staff in this factory and some lines run 3 shifts.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree,
Have background work in mechanical manufacturing field,with at least 2 years experience in EHS field.
English needed for communication
basic office software
Strong on change management, strong on culture building
strong on more creative idea and implement
Strong on communication
