职位描述：
Senior Legal Counsel/高级法律顾问/内部律师/法务主管（重点院校法学专业优先）
岗位职责：
公司合同审核、协助谈判、执行情况检查，合规及法务相关文件或报告的收发、起草、归档管理；
制定合规手册、合规和内部法律事务制度，并推动落实，处理公司诉讼、仲裁、合同纠纷和其他法律事务；
审查公司内部规章制度、业务流程、宣传材料等，并提出相关建议，公司执照、商标注册的年检、登记、变更事务；
组织法律、合规培训，并提供相关咨询服务；
领导并管理行政相关工作。

岗位要求：
全日制法律专业本科及以上学历，已通过国家司法考试优先，至少3年以上法律从业经验；
良好的英语口语及书写能力；
熟练使用常用软件；
思维灵活，擅于解决问题，有较好的谈判、沟通技巧。 举报 分享
