Title: Cost Controller

Responsibility:
Expenses Control: ·Register and manage expenses reimbursement, as key contact person of controlling team coordinate with FiSS for expenses reimbursement related issue ·Collect, validate and track expenses accrual. ·Preliminary review and pro-active control for expenses ·Prepare actual and rolling forecast expenses analysis report.

Inventory Control: ·
Be responsible for inventory control including PPV, GIT, NIV etc., monitor and reduce long aging inventory and dead stock. ·Manage and monitor inventory disposal / scrap, follow up invoice and booking and cash collection ·Prepare actual and rolling forecast inventory analysis report including inventory, inventory provision, purchasing productivity, MOI, DIN etc. ·Develop and maintain inventory management, organize and monitor inventory stocktaking. Other tasks assigned by Finance Controller.

Report to: Factory Finance Controller

Qualifications: ·
Education: Above college in accounting, finance and economics ·More than 2 years working experiences in controlling area in multinational manufacturing industry. ·
Knowledge of accounting standards, finance processes and familiar with Financial systems, good IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. ·
Good command of English and Chinese. ·
Honesty, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to solve problem independently, Result-oriented and work effectively.
