Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for

· Developing sales growth in key territories assigned

· Identifying potential new customers; visiting prospects; acquiring new customers and contracts

· Maintaining close personal contact with existing customers; acquiring new contracts with established client base

· Providing coaching and training to customers

· Creating and overseeing compliance with the strategic sales plan

· Writing and managing the business plan

· Developing an international marketing plan in line with brand strategy

· Motivating and cooperating with various stakeholders to gain market share and achieve ambitious sales targets

· Communicating our core values and key messages

Qualification Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following background:

· University degree/supplemental education required in natural sciences and/or medicine

· Several years experience as product manager or export manager in consumer healthcare, preferably with an international company

· Proven track record in customer relationship management

· Fluent written and verbal skills in Chinese and English

· Proficiency in MS Office
