职位描述：
? Follow Keysight Global Sourcing requirements for MSD(Managed Service Division) contract logistics solutions development on service provider supplier selection, qualification, cost model analysis and overall comparison for contract logistic outsourcing, define contract SOW(service of work) and continuously manage supplier operation performance with MOR review.
依照Keysight全球采购流程提供仪器管家服务部合同物流外包解决方案，包括供应商选择，资质审核，以及价格等综合因素比较，实现合同物流供应商外包项目；确定服务合同内容并持续管理供应商日常运营以及月度指标考核。

? Manage Chengdu Keysight service parts and instrument warehouses operation according to standard process, initiate and manage continual improvement projects for warehouse operation efficiency and process compliance.
依照Keysight流程进行成都备件和整机库房日常管理及流程改善优化,以提高其运行效率和流程合规性

? Coordinate with on-site vendors to fulfill Keysight service center daily logistic requirement and meet delivery performance requirements
协调驻场供应商人员，达成Keysight对运输支持的各方面指标要求

? Coordinate with foreign countries' parts delivery to meet relevant Keysight logistic performance
协调国外备件供货需求，已达成公司对运输指标的各项要求

? Work with global trade team and finance team to make sure all import and export comply government and Keysight requirements.
协同global trade team 和 finance team 共同确保进出口合规

? Bachelor degree or above;
本科以上学历

? Sourcing or Procurement related job background preferred
具备供应商选择和采购工作背景优先考虑

? Good oral English as well as reading and writing
具备流利的英语听说读写能力

? Be familiar with Keysight service process and internal operation model of service
熟悉Keysight 服务流程及内部运作模式

? Strong proficiency in data analysis tools
熟悉数据分析工具，并有较强的数据分析能力

? Demonstrate ability of on-site management jobs of 3rd party vendors,problem solving and internal/External coordination
