职位描述：
Leads the development and implementation of medical coding in clinical data management systems.
Participates in management of individual case safety reports (SAEs, AEs of Special Interest, and Adverse Drug Reactions), AE/SAE reconciliation and data retrievals from the clinical and/or safety databases.
Provides support for endpoint adjudication committees.

1. Responsible for effective and efficient development of the coding conventions and coding dictionary license confirmation forms.
2. Manages quality control review of coded data.
3. Writes AE/SAE reconciliation plan.
4. Performs quality control of minimal data entry of safety data into WuXi CDS’s or sponsor's safety database.
5. Assures consistency of plans with client contract and identifies out of scope activities promptly and accurately.
6. Participates in internal and client meetings.
7. Reports project status to project/functional manager.
8. Adheres to financial and administrative processes, such as managing project budget and timelines, estimation of resource needs and projected hours.
9. Proposes solutions for procedural and technical issues.

Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years’ experience in medical coding using MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionaries and/or
2. 2-3 years’ experience in entering SAE/ADR data into safety databases and/or
3. 2-3 years’ experience as a Clinical Data Coordinator
