Key responsibilities

Responsibilities :

- Manage the relationship process and strengthen the
business relationship with OEMs/Auto dealerships in China

- Manage the relationship with Local partners
(FS,Insurers, car rental company) and find the cooperation opportunities.

- Support dealerships to sell products included in the
Global Automotive Portfolio in order to drive and implement the sales and
growth strategies.

- Achieve production targets/penetration rates

Daily Task :

- Regular visiting Customer

- Daily sales activity monitoring and potentially job
coaching to team members to help them hit their sales targets.

- Manage operation function & sales support function
across the region

- Collect Local marketing information

- Communicate with partners to follow up the cooperation
program.

Profile sought and key requirements

·University degree level education as a minimum
requirement, with majors in Management or Marketing preferable.

·At least 3 years prior work experience in sales role in
motor insurance industry with proven successes

·Team player, with professionalism and presentation
skills, both strong on business development and client servicing; strategic
thinking, planning, coaching, driving, influencing, convincing, consultancy
competency are also highly requested. the sense of financial output is
definitely nice to have.

·Excellent oral and written communication in English,
English native is preferable, fluently Mandarin speaking is a plus

·To ensure the good communication with both local client
and company top management.

·Self-motivated person who is comfortable in working in a
results based position

·Availability to travel regularly within China.
