To manage strategic client relationship on their innovation process and projects. Design and sell projects to grow the business for a select portfolio of clients. Collaborate with client servicing, product leadership and operations to ensure client satisfaction. Work as business partner with the client to help him develop its marketing strategies.
roles & responsibilities
- Accountable for the overall client relationship and partnership for a portfolio of existing clients as well as to acquire new clients into the portfolio (70% manage existing clients + 30% new business development)
- Accountable for financial targets of 3-4MM$ per year - account planning, business development, product expansion & commercialization
- Collaborate with client servicing servicing team to mentor talent, guide high level discussions on analytics, recommendations, sales forecasting, client consulting, etc.
- Manage and build relationships with all functions on the client side - insights, brand management, sales, R&D to find opportunities to embed innovation solutions and support/drive client growth.
- Identify and develop thought leadership opportunities for client portfolio
