职位描述：
Report to COO
Job Description:
1.Responsible for budget control (Menifa) System daily IT maintenance and risk management
2.Provide IT Support and risk management for all projects
3.Continually support HQ and project companies to overall monitor and control IT system operation, provide IT professional advices and solutions
4.Establish databases to combine multiple data sources and provide integrated qualified data on time
5.Organize requirement specification, design, develop, test, and implementation together with different business areas
6.Mall operation data analysis in the back stage and mall customer OTO platform and customer flow development
7.To initiate and lead new IT and OTO related system installation and operation for office admin and mall operation, based on coordination with local teams
8.Based in HQ (Beijing), business travels is required
9.Other assignments requested from time to time

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Management, Information System, or other IT focused field
2.More than 5 years IT experiences, be familiar with commercial real estate IT system
3.Strong system building experience and knowledge, especially in budget control system such as Menifa System
4.Willingly embraces changes and adapts to new circumstances
5.Fluent in Chinese, and preferably good in English (written and spoken) 举报 分享
