职位描述：
Job scope:
? In charge of raising Purchase Order and liaise with local and oversea Suppliers on shipment readiness and documentation required.
? Ensure supplier’s documentation complies with China regulations.
? Selection and negotiation with freight forwarder to achieve competitive rates.
? Monitor shipment status and ensure clearance done on time.
? Arrange duty payment based on request.
? Filing of back labels and CIQ hygiene certification.
? Ensure all stock movement and documentation complies with company policies and regulations.
? Perform system transactions including Receiving, Duty Payment, Transferring, Delivery Orders, Returns, Reservation and etc.
? Managing 3PL warehouse, transporter and their KPI.
? Liaising with driver to plan and daily deliveries.
? Ensure right Quantities and Quality of products were sent to internal / external customers at the right time.
? Handle internal / external customer’s enquiries and complains pertaining deliveries.
? Coordinate monthly stock taking and stock reconciliation with 3PL
? Other tasks assigned by management

Requirement:
? Bachelor Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/or relative disciplines
? 3-4 years working experience in shipping & logistics industry
? Proficient in MS Office, Excel (i.e. Pivot Table) in particular
? Sensitive to numbers and Customer Service Focused
? Can-do attitude, can cope with pressure, work independently & deliver within tight deadline
? Also a team player to achieve company’s overall target
? Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarine
? Experienced user of any SAP B1 will be plus
? Experienced in food & beverage company will be plus 举报 分享
