Responsible for recruiting, screening and selection for below B grade office based positions in China using a variety of methods and resulting in low turnover.
Keep close communication with hiring managers to understand business structures and recruitment needs.
Acts as a professional HR consultant for the internal clients, with the ability to provide HR advice and suggestion on recruitment solutions and candidate feedbacks.
Develop and maintain a talent pool.
Develop and maintain recruiting channels such as labor agency, technical colleges, e-recruitment system, etc. to achieve hiring requests.
Ensure that recruiting reporting and employee information is updated on a daily base.
Responsible for on boarding process of new employees.
Other recruitment & staffing related work including but not limited to payment to vendors of recruitment, staffing or benefit, contract renewal, recruitment & staffing report analysis etc.
Support other HR operational work assigned by manager.
1. Education
? Bachelor Degree or above
2. Experiences
3-5 years of HR related working experience in MNC, especially in recruitment and staffing function.
Hands-on and proven success sourcing, selection and retaining the best talent at all levels.
Must function well in and have proven experience working in ambiguous and complicated environment.
Logistics or manufacturing industry is preferable.
MNC or global company experience is preferable.
Strong understanding of contemporary staffing models and strategies as well as demonstrated success with implementation.
Advanced knowledge of technical recruiting tools and resources.
3. Competency
Result, details, timeline oriented.
Good time management and strong on execution.
Good skills in leadership, business savvy, client relationship building, and verbal/written communications.
Internal client focused skills and attributes.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Must be self-directed and innovation, able to effectively prioritize tasks with good time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence client expectations.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work meet deadlines, work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Bi-lingual language skills mandatory (English and Mandarin).
Take ownership.
Act as a team.
Creating and sustaining social responsibility.
