This position is for one of our leading MNC automotive clients.

Objectives of the Position
* Explain the impact of retail strategy on Dealer businesses; develop strategic plan to help Dealers increase market share; set dealer KPIs and actively monitor and evaluate performance; develop dealer visit plan; monitor Customer Relationship.
* Management process; support the management of dealership sales team; monitor dealer's business process; coach dealers to develop and manage the execution of both business and agreed improvement priority plan.
Task & Responsibilities
* Explain effectively the implications of retail strategy on Dealer business to ensure understanding by different stakeholders.
* Utilize reporting systems to predict sales funnel shortfalls and validate forecasts. Develop strategic plan to increase market share. Design/plan portfolio for dealer or region.
* Set dealer KPIs that reflect market expectations through understanding dealer target agreements and market trends.
* Evaluate achievement against KPIs and calculate margins to inform business planning leveraging market and competitor knowledge. as well as market trend data.
* Develop function and dealer-specific visit and action plan to improve Customer Service Index results.
* Monitor Customer Relationship Management process and customer aquisitions(e.g. sales funnel, showroom traffic, pricing, customer follow up/hand over). Ensure that Dealerships maintain a consistently high quality of customer data.
* Manage the dealership sales team through understanding the number. tenure and turnover of staff as well as their emerging needs. Provide internal training to the dealers (e.g. basic product training, reading, business reports, etc) to develop skills.
* Monitor dealers' business process and performance (both wholesale and retail sales) through analyzing dealer metrics, diagnosing business issue, investigating the underlying case of performance and offering advice.
* Coach dealership to the develop business plan and improvement plan. Share insights from previous experience of brokering knowledge with others.
* Manage the execution of the agreed business plan and improvement plan for Dealers by taking a whole business perspective (e.g. through both sales and marketing). Support dealers in their marketing program design.
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
* Specific Knowledge
- Knowledgeable about local market; including market share, product, sales process, operation process and marketing.
- Understanding of advanced sales tactics relevant to dealers geographic location.
- Broad awareness of all functions impacting Dealer business, including financial, marketing and central offerings from all business lines.
- Strong Communication skills, negotiation skills, diagnostics influencing skills.
- Open-minded and positive about change.
