带领项目团队或项目小组实施对日项目开发任务；

负责并参与项目设计/开发/测试与管理工作，具有管理5人以上团队经验；

计算机及相关专业本科以上学历；

3年以上对日软件开发经验；

日语2级以上水平，英语读写能力良好；

具有良好的交流沟通能力，出色的解决问题能力；

岗位要求:
至少具有下面一种以上开发平台/语言的经验；
- J2EE
-Dot Net (C#.Net or VB.NET or ASP.Net)
-C/Shell
熟悉关系型数据库ORACLE or SQL SERVER（数据库设计知识、SQL使用）；
根据项目需求可以到日本出差；
熟悉日本文化，愿意从事对日项目工作。
