HR Functions
人事方面:

1. Coordinate with department heads and HR Manager in order to understand HR related issues.
与各部门经理以及中国HR经理配合,理解有关人事方面的事宜。
2. Deliver following core HR functions including recruitment & selection, training & development, Performance and appraisal monitoring, staff retention and other HR functions assigned by management.
提供核心的HR服务,包括招聘、培训发展、绩效管理、员工保留以及上级委派的其他HR工作。
3. Define the right process for the candidates of different levels and lead the entire recruitment process. Lead, monitor and push the process till successful on-boarding.
针对各级别人员招聘,制定合理的招聘流程。并带领、监控和推进整个招聘过程,直至成功入职。
4. Develop and conduct various training for the employee, administer career development and succession planning. Promote continuous learning and advises employees on courses, seminars etc. to enhance their careers.
发展和组织各种员工培训,执行职业生涯发展和继任者计划。营造持续学习的氛围,帮员工建议合适的课程、研讨会以提升其职业生涯。
5. Provide HR solutions to the senior manager on a variety of employee retentions issues.
给公司领导有关员工保留的解决方案。
6. Draft and distribute all HR memos and policies.
起草并发布所有人事备忘录及规章制度。
7. Improve the communication with staff. Explain any newly issued policies from the company as well as the Government. Understand staff’s needs by conducting interview with the staff on a regular basis including those who are leaving the company
改进与员工的沟通。解释公司政策和政府部门新颁布的法律法规。定期与员工进行访谈以了解员工需求,包括离职面谈。
8. Assist department manager to set up annual staff KPIs. Follow up the performance appraisal system implementation. Monitoring the performance dialog between management team and employee. Work with department manager to track the under-performed staff on improving target setting and progress
9. 协助部门经理设定年度绩效考核目标。跟踪绩效考核系统的执行,监督部门主管和员工绩效面谈情况。配合部门经理为工作表现欠佳的员工设定改进目标并跟踪完成情况。


Admin Functions:
行政方面:

1. Generally responsible for Admin issues and monitor the Admin to provide high quality employee service and office facility.
总体负责行政事务,监督行政提供高质量的员工服务与办公设施。
2. Draft and distribute all administration memos and policies.
起草并发布所有行政备忘录及规章制度。
3. Office supplier sourcing, negotiation and management to make sure cost effective, such as office leasing, express, hotel, travelling agency, etc.
确保更合理有效的行政开支,开发、协商及管理各类行政类供应商,如办公室租赁、快递、协议酒店、机票代理等。
4. Any other duties as assigned by management
执行上级委派的任何其他任务。


Job Requirements:
1. BS degree in Business related field or Psychology.
2. At least 8 years HR experience and minimum 3 years HR management experience.
3. Must possess strong training & development background and experience with skills.
4. Must possess recruitment experience and skills.
5. Working knowledge of employment, labor and safety laws and regulations.
6. Strong commitment to self-directed work.
7. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a strong business sense.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
9. Good command in English preferred.
10. Based in Changsha but covering HR activities for both Changsha and Shenzhen
11. Willing to travel to Shenzhen regularly
