Responsibilities:
- Handle NCDC orders and Dealer dispatch orders and arrange outbound deliveries to customer sites in a timely manner and in right quantities
- Process Internal customer orders such as sample, Capex, demo machines to ensure order execution timely and accurately
- Process NCDC Billing and Inventory Consumption Orders to ensure billing and inventory consumption accuracy
- Prepare and send Shipping documents to NCDC team and customers to facilitate goods receipts process at customer sites
- Do inventory reconciliation for NCDC customers and participate in stock taking
- Handle customer complaint timely to improve customers satisfaction, take care of reverse logistics
- File claims against insurance company and 3PLs for goods damage
- Monthly billing check from 3PL for outbound transportation
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Economics or Business Administration etc.
- MS office skills
- Customer Service Focus
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving
- Good team player
- Stress tolerance
