Job Responsibility:

? Understand users’ requirements and function specification;
? Prepare technical specification;
? Develop software applications;
? Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test;
? Other related assignments.

Job Requirement:
? 1+ year AEM development experience, better have AEM forms development experience;
? 4+ years’ experience in Java;
? 3+ years’ J2EE/J2SE experience, familiar with servlet/JSP;
? 2+ years of working experience on web front-end development with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery and etc.;
? Familiar with Apache server configuration
? Familiar with common software architecture models and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;
? Proficient in Internet related applications such as Web Browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and Web Servers (e.g. IIS, Apache, Tomcat, IHS);
? Reasonable Object Orientated Design and development skills;
? Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development;
? Desire to learn new technologies;
? Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
? Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
? Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English (Plus);

AIA Information Technology Co., Ltd. (AIAIT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA. Our mission is to provide top-quality and cost-effective products and professional services to the AIA companies for them to make substantial and lasting improvements in their performance.

Currently we have three offices in China. Guangzhou office was established in October of 1994, Beijing office in September of 2000 and Shanghai branch in August of 2006.
