This position is for one of our leading MNC automotive clients.
Title
Event & Retail Marketing Manager
Location
Beijing
Objectives of the Position
* Establish a high effective retail marketing team to help region and dealer increase retail volume and keep retention;
* Plan and implement brand and retail campaign/event to enhance MB after sales brand awareness and retail volume;
Task & Responsibilities
* Retail marketing management and enhancement
- To establish retail marketing team, management system and process, clear roles and responsibility of each person and ensure whole team’s efficiency;
- Strong budget contral of each projects to ensure a good ROI
- Close co-work and keep smooth communication with region, internal departments and dealer groups in order to work out executable plan and ensure the implementation in dealer level.
- Make dealer audit policy and manage dealers’marketing activity;
- Monitoring the campaign result and provide report in time
* Event planning and implementation
- Design brand and retail event to enhance MB brand image
- Coop with relative department to create a platform in order to help after sales brand and sales volume
- Lead team and agency to complete a high quality event
- Monitor the result and provide report in time
- Establish agency system and well manage and steer
- Close cooperate with PR department in order to enlarge the effect of after sales events
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
* Education
- University graduate in Marketing, or business management; Master is prefer
* Experience
- A minimum of 8 years working experience in auto company; including 3 years work at retail marketing field, familiarizing with after-sales business, product concept and management, budget management, market oriented thinking, and creative generation
- Must have conceptual and logical thinking of business and based on which to work out the marketing strategy and plan
- Good to have CRM communication management experience, or digital communication at country level experience
* Specific Knowledge
- Understand service and retail business and dealers’ needs
- Excellent communication ability with dealer and internal/external parties
- Strong ability of overall event stretagy and carry out
- Rich experience in retail campaign design and execution
- Has experience about dealer management and steering
- Good leadership to enhance team strength
- Knows sales and customer data analysis, able to identify problems or opportunities behind
- Confident, ready for working under pressure
- Good writing and verbal skills in English and Chinese
