Key Responsibilities:
1 type candidate CVs in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines
2 input and update candidate and client details to the company database
3 prepare letters, faxes, job specifications, advertisements and proposals to specified layout
4 upload and manage job postings on the internet
5 answer a high volume of telephone calls and take accurate messages, speaking to both clients and candidates
6 manage team diaries
7 photocopy and filling
8 ad-hoc administrative duties
Key Requirements:
1 at least one to three years’ solid secretarial, administration and / or PA experience
2 sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office)
3 experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable
4 fluent in spoken and written English
5 Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
6 Responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
7 An independent personality who can work well alone and / or with colleagues in a multinational fast-paced environment
8 Immediately available
