2. Scope and Accountability
Recruitment &Staffing
? Timely review and support on HC budgeting working together with business managers in respective region
? Review and approve recruitment request within the headcount budget and support on the approval in cooperate business and HR
? Screening CV and provide interview to the candidates, coordinate interview process for business and consolidate the feedback and propose offer;
? First day HR Orientation process implementation
? Collect and maintain JD
? Personal file management
? Conduct probation evaluation process
? HC budget forecasting communication and monitoring
? Monthly recruitment, HR related report submission and maintenance
? Conduct transfer, relocation, promotion etc. staff change in compliance with HR policy or process.
? HR related System data entry and maintenance
? Handle ad hoc tasks as required by superior.
Training& ER
? Provide orientation training for new staff
? Organize related HR training and workshop accordingly
? Facilitate registered training course or program rolling out
? Responsible for monthly turnover rate control (handle turnover formalities)
? Act as role of a bridge between company and staff, timely response to questions from employees
? Handle industrial injury issues
? Conduct contract termination negotiation
? Organize and implement employee activities
? Handle and follow up labour disputes
? Manage labour contract and renewal
? Conduct and facilitate rewards related program
? Handle and assist labor audit both internal and external
? Conduct exit interview and provide analysis report
Compensation & Benefits
? Propose new hire offer terms
? Monthly payroll supporting documents collection and verifications
? Manage monthly social benefit in compliance with both legal and internal regulations
? Manage commercial insurance
? Manage staff various leave record and related procedure in compliance with legal and internal regulation
? Collect, provide, analyze information or data related with C&B program
? Conduct communication related C&B program
Performance Management
? Briefing or training PMP process/policy to business to ensure business fully understanding and execution
? Monitor and implement performance management related activities in compliance with PMP process and requirement
? Review performance implementation details and provide expert advice to business in the processing
1. Education
? Bachelor or above
2. Experiences
? At least 5-7year HR solid professional experiences
? HR general function or business partner experiences is required
? Logistics or manufacturing industry is preferable
? MNC or global company experiences is preferable
3. Competency
? Result, details, timeline oriented
? Strong execution skills
? Proficient in labour law and local regulations
? PC Skills
? Good at interpersonal, communication skills
? Good analytical skills
? Good command of English
